Billing Terms & Conditions

All payments for products or services offered on https://rimiro.com must be made in US dollars. Payments can be made through Amazon Pay or by using a major credit card. Payment must be made in full before any product or service can be provided.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from https://rimiro.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help@rimiro.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the product has not been used and is in its original condition.

Cancellation

After making a purchase, customers have 24 hours to request cancellation; we will happily process a full refund. After that time, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address.

We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we ship it out.

Shipping

Our standard handling time is 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once the handling period is complete, orders are shipped using one of the following U.S. shipping options:

  • Express International: 3 to 7 business days
  • Standard International: 6 to 7 business days

Estimated delivery times begin after the handling period and are counted in business days only. Please note that these timeframes may vary slightly depending on the destination and courier performance.

We reserve the right to update or modify these billing terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
